This page describes the data used by the public website and confidential issue screen. The form is designed for non-sensitive business enquiries only.

Release completion required
The approved registered address, production hosting details, log-retention period and final enquiry-retention schedule must be inserted or confirmed before public release. This page is intentionally excluded from search indexing until that gate is closed.
Website use
The website can be read without creating an account. The release does not include advertising trackers, embedded social-media feeds or public analytics scripts. The production hosting environment may process technical request data such as time, requested URL, IP address, user agent and security events to deliver and protect the site. The exact hosting provider, log location and retention must be confirmed before launch.
Confidential issue screen
The issue screen requests your name, organisation, business email, a generic asset or system description, the symptom or finding, the owner decision, a deadline or hold point, selected evidence categories and confirmation of the information boundary. A random submission reference supports safe retries. The form accepts no attachments.
The browser sends the form over HTTPS to the NIQS same-origin endpoint. The endpoint validates the request and asks the email-delivery provider to deliver one message to the fixed NIQS mailbox info@nucleariqsolutions.ch. Your address is used as Reply-To so NIQS can respond. The endpoint does not send an automatic email copy to the submitted address. The local “Copy summary” function uses your browser clipboard and does not transmit the summary.
Purpose
NIQS uses enquiry information to assess mandate fit, respond to the named contact, prepare an appropriate next step, protect the form from abuse and manage any resulting business relationship. Do not use the form for classified, export-controlled, plant-sensitive or otherwise protected technical information.
Email delivery and abuse protection
Resend is the configured email-delivery service. Cloudflare Turnstile is the configured abuse-protection service. Turnstile is verified by the server. The browser cannot choose the recipient, sender or email template, and delivery secrets are stored outside the public website files.
The endpoint also applies session-based CSRF protection, a honeypot, exact field and length controls, hashed rate-limit keys and idempotency references. Raw form bodies are not intentionally written to application logs.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence should be retained only as long as needed to assess and respond to the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Provider operational records and security logs may follow separate retention periods. The production retention schedule must be confirmed before release.
International processing
Email delivery, abuse protection or hosting may involve providers operating in more than one country. The contracted provider terms, processing locations and transfer safeguards must be reviewed and reflected here before launch.
Your choices and requests
You can avoid the web form and contact NIQS by phone or direct email. You may ask NIQS for information about personal data associated with your enquiry or request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact benjamin.regener@nucleariqsolutions.ch.
Controlled technical information
Privacy controls do not make the public form a suitable technical-data exchange. NIQS will agree a separate controlled route before accepting detailed plant files, drawings, calculations, inspection records or other protected evidence.
